Lead Software Engineer

We're seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an incredible opportunity to shape the future of e-commerce by developing cutting-edge solutions that will redefine the industry.
You are part of the founding team and will shape the company. You’ll hire your team and lay the foundation of all software systems that will drive our mission.
Tasks
- Spearhead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions in alignment with our business objectives.
- Create and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Leverage your expertise in Python and shop systems like Shopware, Shopify, etc., to optimize our existing platform and develop new modules.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in code quality, system efficiency, and process refinement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead Software Engineer or similar role.
- Proficient in Python and familiar with e-commerce platforms like Shopware, Shopify, etc.
- Strong understanding of the full software development life cycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for tackling complex technical challenges.
- Knowledge in applying AI and ML techniques to real world problems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
