Your tasks

• Creation, review, revision and archiving of GMP documents
• Advising other departments on all quality standards and processes
• Acting as a point of contact for compliance and QA issues
• Creation, review and QA approval of SOPs
• Ensuring the quality of medicinal products in compliance with national, international and in-house quality standards, among others
• Management of the training program and regular review of training courses
• Control, management and archiving of batch documentation (production and packaging), incoming goods documents / inspection reports for starting materials (raw materials and packaging materials) and logbooks
• Coordination and processing of deviations, corrective / preventive actions and change controls
• Support in troubleshooting and continuous improvement in the departments

Your profile

• Completed scientific studies or equivalent training
• Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Relevant professional experience in quality control in a GMP-regulated environment
• Knowledge of quality assurance / quality management
• Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
• High level of interest in the manufacture of pharmaceutical products
• Self-motivation, willingness to experiment and strong team orientation
