AI Presales Consultant
Intro The Pre-Sales Consultant for AI Solutions will play a critical role in supporting the sales process by providing technical expertise, designing AI-based solutions, and creating compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for AI technologies.
Tasks - Collaborate with Sales Teams : Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and present FPT Software's AI solutions that best meet their needs.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations, serving as the technical expert on AI solutions.
Solution Design & Proposal Development : Design customized AI solutions based on client needs, including use cases, deployment plans, and technical specifications.
Develop detailed solution proposals and presentations that demonstrate the business value of FPT Software's AI offerings.
Technical Expertise & Presentations : Maintain an in-depth understanding of FPT Software’s AI services and emerging trends in AI and machine learning.
Deliver clear, persuasive product demonstrations and presentations to clients, addressing both technical and business questions.
Client Engagement & Consultation : Engage with potential clients to conduct discovery sessions, analyze business challenges, and recommend AI-driven solutions.
Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as an advisor and offering insights on the application of AI to meet their strategic goals.
Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with AIC product management, and technical teams to align proposed solutions with company capabilities and innovation roadmap.
Ensure seamless communication between the client and internal teams during the solution design and implementation process.
Documentation & Reporting : Prepare comprehensive documentation for solution proposals, including technical requirements, case studies, and pricing models.
Provide regular updates to sales leadership on pre-sales activities, client feedback, and the status of deals in the pipeline.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales, technical sales support, or solutions architect role, preferably within AI, machine learning, or technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge of AI / ML technologies and frameworks, with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
- The candidate should have skills like Data Engineer or ML Engineer (with good knowledge of industrial tools & platforms) with a real past project record.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. - Experience in developing technical proposals, solution architecture, and sales presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, engaging clients at multiple levels of an organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design solutions that address client challenges. Preferred Skills : - Hands-on experience with AI platforms and machine learning frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud AI services such as Azure, AWS and Google Cloud. - Experience in vertical industries like Automotive, Manufacturing, healthcare, or finance and understanding how AI can drive transformation in these sectors.
