Sales Manager: Embedded Systems
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, developing new business from existing clients, and actively seeking new sales opportunities.
This role involves serving customers in Germany and strengthening relationships with clients. Experience in embedded system required.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within existing accounts.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within your assigned accounts.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet them effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Prepare reports on account status, highlighting any issues or successes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in embedded systems.
- Demonstrable experience in sales and customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Business proficiency in German language.
