What do you contribute?
In your new role, you will work on the strategy and vision for the Smart Factory and align the roadmap together with the experts (f / m / d) from our international factories.
To do so your extensive knowledge in the area of smart factory like Edge Devices, AI, Cloud Computing, as well as machine connection and data computing via OPC-UA and MQTT will help a lot.
In particular, you will coordinate and mediate the digitalization experts in SMO's international factories, support defining new requirements and advise on creating solutions.
You will ensure scalability and drive solutions accordingly.
You will coordinate all digitalization projects and report to management.
You will also connect with and support international digitalization initiatives within the Siemens Group.
You will push new technologies in the area of Smart Factory and new concepts in the field of digitalization at all.
You will also implement partial solutions in the field of digitalization using low-code tools or software robots, or instruct our partners to do so, and select suitable hardware platforms (e.
g. GPS trackers, BLE devices, intelligent sensors, ESL, edge devices).
What do you bring along?
- The basis of your success is a completed master's degree (e.g., computer science, data science, or electrical engineering) with a focus on digitization or network technology.
- In addition, you bring first experiences in digitization or industry 4.0.
- You are proficient in using data analysis tools and data visualization applications such as Grafana, Kibana, Tableau, QlikSense or similar, and in creating dashboards.
- You did your first steps in project management, and you are experienced in using Microsoft Power Apps.
- You have a strong affinity for new technologies, and you are able to implement required solutions, considering technical and economic aspects.
- You are proficient in written and spoken German and English.
- You are enthusiastic and curious, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
- In addition, you have an organized and result-oriented work style and enjoy working in a team.
