  • selling a suite of software for visibility, lifecycle and workflow management of software delivery
  • target market is enterprise accounts with large software development teams ( 500+)
  • vertical markets include automotive, banking and "digital first" Unicorns
  • engage with clients at Head of Software Engineering, CIO level
  • typical deal size is between €350K and €700K
  • 1st year target circa €1.2m
  • sales cycle from 3 to 6 months
  • 80% new business development and 20% new business within warm accounts
  • support from SDR's, pre-sales and leads from conferences and exhibitions
  • report to the EMEA Sales Director
  • should have 5 years + experience selling SaaS software solutions to IT departments of enterprise accounts
  • new business hunter
  • structured, methodical and well prepared
  • degree ins IT, engineering or software engineering advantageous but not essential
  • based in Germany
  • owned and backed by leading private equity organisations
