Your tasks

• You will provide support in the application of proven methods and tools for process optimization and in the implementation of measures to increase efficiency.
• You will be responsible for conducting training courses in process optimization methods and tools as well as training multipliers.
• You will support managers in the development of strategies and the implementation of plant targets.
• As a coach, you will accompany employees in the practical application of the knowledge they have acquired and support them on the way to achieving their goals.
• You will organize, moderate and prepare workshops aimed at optimizing processes and procedures and implementing measures to increase efficiency.
• Conducting training courses on methods and tools for process optimization and training multipliers round off your job profile.

Your profile

• You have a successfully completed degree with a business or technical focus or comparable training.
• Sound knowledge of the continuous improvement process (CIP), total productive maintenance (TPM) and lean methods and tools are a matter of course for you.
• You have knowledge of business and production processes and demonstrate a high level of process understanding as well as a basic technical understanding.
• Good user skills in MS Office and SAP round off your profile.
