Your tasks :

• Act as the central communication hub for the department, ensuring seamless information flow.
• Think on your feet to quickly address and resolve emerging issues.
• Intervene effectively and diplomatically to keep processes moving forward.
• Format documents with precision, ensuring consistency and style.
• Utilize your strong command of the Microsoft Office package to create polished and professional documents.
• Pay close attention to details to maintain high standards of accuracy and quality.
• Manage daily mail and correspondence.
• Update data on Sharepoint and checklists.
• Arrange travel logistics and itineraries.
• Organize and manage events, meetings, and department schedules.
• Provide general support to the department as needed.

Your Profile

• You have an academic degree or successfully completed vocational education.
• Your prior work experience has equipped you with relevant skills for this role and confirmed your affinity for these tasks.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and at least basic knowledge of German. Additional French and / or Spanish language skills would be appreciated.
• Full command of Microsoft 365 and your attention to detail shines through.
• You enjoy playing around with different graphic tools and style applications.
• You have a strong passion for diversity and are open to a variety of team structures and cultural backgrounds.
