As the Chief of Staff at hexafarms, your mission will be to maintain our current 10x growth trajectory by ensuring our growing family is aligned and our teams are focused on performance.

We’re a rapidly growing startup, and our recent success is a direct result of increased efficiency and productivity experienced by our customers.

From day zero, you will have an immediate impact on our productivity by streamlining initiatives, overseeing projects and long term and short term goals, and communicating objectives across departments.

The ideal candidate will have proven success in a fast-paced startup environment.

Your profile

Application Requirements

• Strong communication skills and the ability to proactively support, manage, and at times lead teams.
• Native-level fluency in German . Our team speaks about 10 languages and primarily uses English, but due to the nature of the Chief of Staff role, this requirement is essential.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Chief of Staff or in a similar role.
• Proven ability to translate feedback into actionable insights, influencing strategic decision-making.
• Experience in maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring alignment with company goals.
