Your Responsibilities

As Chief of Staff with a commercial focus, you will work closely with Cosuno's founders and have the opportunity to lead strategic projects across Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success.

Your primary goal will be to drive commercial efficiency by leading cross-functional projects and pushing forward innovative solutions.

Strategic Collaboration : You will work directly with the founders and the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to identify and implement commercial initiatives that drive company growth.

Project Leadership : You will manage projects in the areas of Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success, with a clear focus on efficiency and growth.

Cross-Functional Leadership : You will coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure that all commercial activities are aligned with the overarching company goals.

Strategic Decision-Making : You will analyze market trends and customer requirements and use these insights to sustainably drive Cosuno's success.

Growth Initiatives : You will support the development of new sales and go-to-market strategies, optimize existing processes, and foster expansion into new markets.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in a similar role (3 / 4 years), preferably in a fast-growing SaaS company or management consulting, with a focus on commercial operations.
• You have strong strategic thinking abilities and can manage projects from conception to execution.
• You are a strong communicator and can motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
• You are ambitious, eager to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced organization, and ready to take on long-term responsibilities.

Fluent in German and English skills are essential.
