RESPONSIBILITIES

Be a part of our team at BASF's Agricultural Solutions department. Your role entails the project management of key workstreams and day-to-day activities of the Commercial Hub project.

• In this position you oversee day-to-day project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of digital transformation initiatives.
• You organize and facilitate project governance meetings, including Steerco and workstream status updates, to provide visibility and ensure stakeholder engagement.
• You establish and maintain a robust risk management framework, regularly reviewing and updating risk assessments and mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Furthermore, you work closely with the Change Management and Communications team to communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide project updates, address concerns, and gather input for decision-making.
• You conduct regular reviews and assessments to measure the success of Commercial Hub initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and ensure continuous alignment with organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
• at least 5 years of experience in managing global projects, with a proven track record of leading business and digital transformation projects, preferably in the agriculture or similar industry
• strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• excellent stakeholder management with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization
• fluent communication skills in English, German is a plus

• Gross annual salary (full-time) : 46.000 - 61.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus depending on the success of the company and individual performance.
