We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Consultant Cloud (m / f / d), to join our team.The Technical Consultant Cloud Azure Cloud is responsible for improving digital employee experience, application proficiency and adoption through cloud and data center solutions.

You will plan and execute in-application guidance strategies, collaborate with business and IT teams, and develop adoption strategies to increase application return on investment.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Identify and manage implementation of digital cloud projects, from lift-and-shift to re-plattforming or technical consultancy in new era technologies
• Understands and anticipates the direction of the business area(s) / unit(s), identifies opportunities, and makes recommendations to support change and adoption for cloud and on-premises datacenter activities.
• Implement, manage, and enhance digital employee experience (DEX) and application adoption and proficiency utilizing Microsoft Azure Cloud & Data Center solutions
• Ensures that each service is delivered according to the service attributes such as performance, availability, security, etc.
• Ensure new applications and services are launched on and supported by the cloud team.
• Monitor content and workflow usage and effectiveness to accommodate software and business processes
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to drive adoption of existing applications and strategize for successful deployment of new technologies.
• Acts as a change agent and enables communication between business, clients, and other relevant stakeholders

Show your expertise

• Bachelor's or in computer science, information technology, engineering, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience with service management of Cloud & Data Center services, Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), Microsoft Azure, Data Center management and Windows Server operations
• Good knowledge of standard IT Operations frameworks (e.g., ITIL certification required)
• Experience in managing complex IT services in heterogeneous, large, and distributed environments (10,000+ users)
• Experience in configuration management and driving Azure Cloud technology adoption
• Microsoft Azure certification or formal training is preferred
• Proven track record of last-level support and technical implementations on enterprise grade cloud landing zones, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in English, German language skills preferred
