The Role :

My client is looking for a passionate and results-oriented Customer Success Manager to join their growing team. You'll play a key role in supporting their Multinational Corporation (MNC) clients, making a real difference in the company's success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Creation of reports to document service provision at technical and ticket level including analysis of the reports.
- Organisation and implementation of customer appointments to discuss service topics and reports.
- Close cooperation with team leaders in the operational and technical departments.
- Development of measures from customer appointments to improve service quality.
- Support with escalations and problems with customer orders or troubleshooting.
- Ensuring the correct maintenance of service systems with attention to KPIs, KCIs and technical information.
- Ensure excellent data quality and legally sound documentation including mapping of interruption times .
About You :
- Background in commercial or technical fields, ideally IT or telecommunications.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in telecommunications or other related industries.
- Strong teamwork, independence, and structured work methods.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Proficient in German and English.
