Referent Digital Rollout and Onboarding (m/f/diverse)
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Rollout Manager for AVIATAR. If you have a strong background in IT, business informatics, and project management, and are passionate about digital transformation, we want to hear from you.
Your key responsibilities will be :
- Rollout of digital products of AVIATAR at customer sites
- Enable IT-technical connections and develop technical solutions for customers on-site and remotely
- Problem solving of customer specific issues and promoting product benefits
- Supporting & leading Customer Success teams in developing customer specific products
- Supporting the development of a Digital Customer Community
- Implementing customer-centric, agile product development
- Advising airline customers on usability and functionality of AVIATAR products

For the advertised position you should meet the following requirements :
- University / technical college studies in electrical engineering, communication technology, computer science, or business informatics
- At least 2 years of experience in cloud-based IT product rollouts
- preferably good knowledge of airline and MRO IT systems
- strong analytical and project management skills
- fluent in English, with the ability to work in a team and a high level of resilience
- high willingness to travel and work on-site
