We’re looking for an outstanding Sales Manager to join our team in Munich!

You will be responsible for the management and development of various product categories and implementation of business development strategies to capitalise on opportunities.

There will be a requirement to travel to Europe / UK as and when required to meet with existing customers to maintain and establish strong strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities include :

• Manage key client accounts and drive sales growth within the designated territory
• Meet sales goals by finding new business opportunities and expanding products for current clients
• Generating new business
• Sales strategy & planning
• Relationship management
• Operational excellence
• Market expansion

Requirements

• Experience working within a similar role
• FMCG or perishable goods background
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets within a high-pressure environment
• Strong rapport building skills
• Demonstrable initiative-taking and innovative problem-solving abilities
• Skilled negotiator with commercial and financial acumen
• Fluent German speaker and fluent in English, any additional European languages would be beneficial
