Job Title : Machine Learning Engineer (NLP / LLM)
Location : Berlin (Hybrid)
Salary : €70,000 - €100,000 per year

DeepRec.ai have partnered with a tech-driven company with a strong focus on developing cutting-edge applications based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI .
Their work leverages the potential of large language models (LLMs) in combination with traditional machine learning techniques to enhance processes and develop innovative products.
With millions of customers , they have a rich dataset to validate hypotheses and fine-tune models to meet real-world needs.
Their tech stack includes Python, Pandas / Numpy, PyTorch, AWS, Docker , and other relevant tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and optimize machine learning models for NLP applications, with a focus on LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Fine-tune large language models for practical, real-world applications.
- Implement state-of-the-art RAG methodologies to improve system performance and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and apply innovative approaches to improve our systems.
Requirements :
- Fluent in German and English .
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence , or a related field.
- Strong experience in NLP , large language models (LLMs) , and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) .
- Proficiency in Python , with expertise in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch , or Hugging Face .
- Experience with model training, fine-tuning, and deployment in production environments .
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
