Purpose of the function :
The Compliance Officer (m / f / x) (Business Partnering) supports the Compliance & Risk Management Department at the European HQ by designing, implementing, and evaluating the Daiichi Sankyo Compliance Program across Europe.
This role involves independently advising and guiding business teams on internal processes (e.g., HCP / HCO contracting) and external compliance requirements to prevent legal or ethical violations, particularly in healthcare and patient interactions.
The Compliance Officer also leads, mentors, and manages the Compliance Business Partners, ensuring effective collaboration and development within the team.
Additionally, the officer collaborates closely with other compliance teams (e.g., Training & Awareness, Monitoring & Data Analytics) and cross-functional departments like Legal and Medical.
