Your mission!

As the Head of Marketing (f / m / d) at plancraft you play a crucial role in scaling the company to become the #1 craftsmen software in Europe.

You will lead a diverse team comprised of brand, performance, and content marketers, responsible for scaling both the team and marketing activities to meet the company’s ambitious goals.

This leadership role requires developing effective marketing strategies, managing a 7-figure budget and enhancing our brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals
  • Manage and allocate a 7-figure yearly marketing budget
  • Scale lead generation and performance channels
  • Identify and implement new marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and support inbound sales activities
  • Build and strengthen the plancraft brand within the craft and construction industry
  • Scale the marketing team to meet the growing needs of the business
  • Manage the team, provide valuable, direct and empathetic feedback and assure onboarding, knowledge transfer and continuous improvement
  • Understand full journey of the revenue engine and identify bottlenecks
  • Work closely with senior management, including the founders (CEO, CPO), VP of Revenue and Head of Sales, to ensure marketing strategies are fully integrated with company-wide goals

Salary : The salary for this position is between €65,000 and €95,000 per year, depending on your experience.

Your profile

Are you a Match?

  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a significant portion in a leadership role within a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proven track record of managing large teams and budgets
  • Experience in B2B marketing, leveraging B2C strategies to address a broad B2B target audience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and drive significant results in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong background in SaaS and brand marketing
  • C1 Level in German and English
