We are looking for :

Strategic Buyer (m / f / d).

Your responsibilities :

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for key commodities and services.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and market trends.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
• Manage supplier performance and build strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and meet their procurement needs.
• Monitor and analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Identify and manage risks associated with the supply chain and develop mitigation plans.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement process.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
• Equivalent knowledge obtained through work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a strategic procurement role, preferably within a global organization.
• Proven experience in contract negotiations and supplier relationships management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze spend data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement software.
• Leadership skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
• Knowledge of global market trends and sourcing strategies.
• Ability to travel international as required.
