As the Commercial Director (CCO) atOpenValue Munich, you will partner with the (technical) Director toform the Management Team.
Your primary responsibilities includeoverseeing commercial goals, business development, and accountmanagement. You will play a crucial role in acquiring newcustomers, securing exciting assignments for our professionals andpartners, and enhancing our market presence.
This position is idealfor someone eager to build their own path, contributingsignificantly to our business objectives and teamgrowth.
TasksAssume joint P&L responsibility for OpenValueMunich and uphold OpenValue’s core values.Lead business developmentefforts and establish strategic collaborations with potentialclients and partners.
Facilitate organizational growth by recruitingtop-tier experts and fostering team knowledge and cohesion.Enhancemarket visibility and manage the financial aspects of theorganization alongside the technical director.
RequirementsAuniversity or bachelor degree or equivalent credentials.Relevantexperience in business development, product management, or (key)account management within the IT domain.
Successful track record inbuilding strong professional teams, organizations and networks.Anestablished network of CTOs, Engineering Managers, Development TeamLeads, and Sourcing Managers.
Fluent in German (C2 level) andEnglish, with cultural adaptability to Dutch or internationalorganizations is a bonus.A proactive, empathic, ambitious, andflexible mindset, coupled with integrity andaccountability.
