To support our legal function in all matters of employment law, we are always looking for motivated legal trainees who would like to complete their station (e.

Your tasks :

• Active participation in the personnel management and legal team
• Application of your theoretical knowledge in business practice
• Getting to know and actively shaping typical company processes
• Independent preparation of expert opinions and statements on individual and collective law issues
• Support with day-to-day disciplinary measures such as formulating letters and accompanying employees to meetings
• Preparation of measures for cooperation with the works council
• Support and preparation for labor court proceedings
• Assistance with day-to-day personnel management measures
