Senior Machine Learning Engineer (MRI)
Position Overview :
We are seeking a Senior MRI Scientist with expertise in Machine Learning to drive innovation in MRI data acquisition, analysis, and interpretation.
This role involves developing machine learning models to enhance MRI performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and improving diagnostic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of machine learning models for MRI image reconstruction, denoising, and artifact reduction.
- Apply AI for MRI data analysis (e.g., segmentation, classification, quantitative imaging).
- Collaborate with clinical researchers and engineers to integrate AI into MRI workflows.
- Design novel MRI techniques to accelerate scanning and improve image quality.
- Stay current with advancements in machine learning and MRI; contribute to publications and conferences.
Qualifications :
- PhD in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in MRI research; 3+ years in machine learning applications.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch; experience in medical image processing.
- Strong background in MRI physics and image reconstruction.
- Proven track record of scientific publications and experience with clinical applications.
- You have strong coding skills in Python and C / C++
- You have experience with MR pulse sequence development and imaging optimization
Preferred :
- Experience with 3D medical imaging, high-performance computing, and GPU-based training.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and MRI hardware.
