YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You lead a team of talented engineers on a mission of continuous development, helping them achieve both personal and organizational goals
- You deeply understand the product and business strategy, communicate it effectively to the team, and translate it into a technology strategy.
Engage in architectural discussions, assess tradeoffs, minimize complexity, and drive decision-making
- You partner with Product Owners and fellow Engineering Managers to build a high-performance team within a Product Division, fostering collaboration across teams to deliver impactful solutions
- You advocate for contemporary engineering methodologies and empower engineers to make technical decisions
- You lead the development and implementation of advanced digital solutions to streamline and enhance branch operations, focusing on optimizing workflows and increasing efficiency across our rental business

- Proven Leadership Skills : Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring software engineering teams, fostering talent growth
- Product-Centric Mindset : Strong product focus, with experience working in cross-functional, product-oriented teams within larger tech environments
- Complex Systems Expertise : Skilled in building complex enterprise systems using Domain-Driven Design, Microservices, and Cloud Technology Stacks
