Your Tasks :

You are responsible for the overall project management and execution
You develop and continuously improve the PMO processes and methodologies specifically monitoring and control of projects
You set up and steer meetings with relevant stakeholders
You define goals and objectives for the PMO team and engage in continuous KPI and impact measurement
You provide support and advice to Project Lead in decision making and give guidance on strategy execution
You keep an eye on project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effective use of resources
You identify potential risks and issues related to project delivery and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies
You ensure engagement of all stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular project updates

Your Profile :

You have a degree in Business Management or similar or at least 5 years professional experience in consulting or project management
You are excellent in strategic planning and organization
You have a problem solving mindset and you are ready to inspire others
You are strong in research and analysis and in monitoring and evaluation
You have strong interest in Learning & Development and you are ready to walk an extra mile
Your Co-workers like your appreciative style of communication and valuable way of working
You are fluent in English and German any other language is a plus
