Key Account Manager – Medical Germany (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic account plans.
- Conduct market, technology trends, and competitive analyses.
- Plan and forecast market budgets.
- Drive strategic projects in close collaboration with the engineering team.
- Drive sales initiatives across the sales organization.
- Manage customer relationships within the market, incl. permanent direct contact.
- Set market strategies and pricing.
Your profile :
- Bachelor's degree in electrical / electromechanical engineering or equivalent.
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience in Business Development, product or sales management, preferably within the Medical Market.
- Strong knowledge of the Interconnect or Cable business in the Medical Market.
- Experience in Key Account Management, Project and Relationship Management.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasive, negotiation, selling and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking with a great ability to set priorities.
- Capable to work toward targets and identify new business opportunities.
- Highly self-motivated and open for a high travel proportion.
