Job Description :

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Warehousing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment channels, overseeing supplier management processes, conducting market research, drafting and monitoring expense policies, ensuring labor compliance, handling external audits, and developing supplier / settlement systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Recruitment Channel Development and Management :
• Develop and manage recruitment channels for frontline positions, including both online and offline methods.
• Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment processes to meet staffing needs.
• Supplier Management Process :
• Implement and oversee supplier management processes, including introduction, evaluation, and exit of suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
• Local Labor Supply Market Research :
• Conduct research on the local labor supply market to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic workforce planning.
• Expense Policy Drafting and Approval :
• Draft, review, and approve expense policies related to HR operations.
• Monitor the execution of expense policies to ensure compliance and control.
• Labor Compliance and Assurance :
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Implement strategies to guarantee labor compliance and mitigate potential risks.
• External Audit Response and Follow-up :
• Respond to external audits and ensure all required actions are taken.
• Follow up on audit findings and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Supplier / Settlement System Development :
• Develop and improve supplier and settlement systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure the systems meet business requirements and support operational goals.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR, preferably within warehousing or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with supplier management and system development is a plus.
