Internal (Campaign Planning Team, D2C Offline Team, D2C Online Team, CEN Area Category Teams, Channel Management Teams, Retail Planning Team)
External (Creative agency, Printing services procurement agency, Digital Signage agency)
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Proactively participate in the development of effective and innovative activation plans.
- Responsibility for conception of retail activation mechanics and implementation in defined channels.
- Steer and monitor assigned activities to ensure on-time-in-full (Budget, Time, and Quality) execution.
- Run Plan / s analyses and recommend corrective actions based on opportunity focused monitoring and learnings for assigned activities.
- Project management & lead of own retail projects in collaboration with line manager & involved departments.
- Closely collaborate with Categories and Campaign Planning : act as single point of contact for assigned projects to maximize impact of retail campaigns based on objectives as well as target group personas’ needs & barriers.
- Closely collaborate with commercial unit stakeholders in terms of mechanism, scale, KPIs, material need and R2M.
- Steer, coach and develop D2C Activation interns, trainees, and apprentices.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE
- 3 years’ experience in FMCG Marketing, good understanding of BAT Brands and Brand Marketing, trade experience beneficial.
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a comparable area or an equivalent commercial education.
- Mindset to challenge the status quo, be innovative and explore new ways of working.
- Strong analytical thinking and high conceptual capabilities.
- Great communication skills and flexibility, high level of resilience and independency.
- Creativity, positive mindset, pragmatism, and hands-on mentality.
- Business fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
