RESPONSIBILITIES
As (Senior) Specialist Procurement Processes & Systems in our unit Procurement Services you ensure the successful implementation of pre-defined processes, as well as drive optimization, standardization and digitalization in Purchase-to-Pay (P2P).
- You support and maintain P2P processes & systems to ensure a successful Service delivery in the P2P teams by being a central point of contact for our Operational Officers.
- Furthermore, you are responsible for collecting and defining business requirements for the optimization of Procurement processes and systems.
- As part of our agile product teams, you actively contribute to the successful DevOps incl. conducting UAT & regression testing.
- You oversee the technical implementation of business strategies and processes in SAP and support / drive procurement related projects.
- For the continuous optimization of our interface with our suppliers you drive the onboarding and set-up of our digital supplier interfaces.
QUALIFICATIONS
- completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, IT or in a related field of study
- several years of professional experience, especially in the commercial sector, preferably in procurement or supply chain
- experience in SAP and purchasing-specific IT tools (ideally MM in SAP R3 and SAP S / 4Hana)
- experience in agile ways of working and Project Management
- customer focus, innovative thinking and high team orientation
- fluent communication skills in English, ideally in German

- Gross annual salary (full-time) : 38.000 - 43.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience, 45.000 - 49.
