Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team and grow our business. You will need to identify potential customers, generate new business opportunities, and manage leads through to the sales pipeline.
You will work with the product team to help design outbound campaigns. Whether using our participation at events, our industry leading products, or your own creativity - you’ll design and execute outbound campaigns to help build a solid pipeline for the sales team and ensure that our company’s sales goals are met.
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, is not afraid to cold call, and is determined to reach targets.

Responsibilities :
- Identify potential customers and new opportunities
- Creatively design and execute new campaigns
- Contact and qualify potential customers
- Set appointments and follow up on leads
- Track progress towards meeting sales goals
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software (HubSpot) to manage leads and sales activities
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (in Hamburg)
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
