You define sales targets in collaboration with colleagues from Revenue Management.
You monitor and coordinate the sales targets and take the necessary measures to achieve them.
You lead and motivate your entire sales team to ensure that targets are met.
You lead regular follow-up meetings and present your region together with Revenue Management.
You maintain relationships and represent the Meliá Hotels International brand.
You report directly to the Sales VP at the Palma de Mallorca headquarters.
You have a very good command of German and English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
