RESPONSIBILITIES
- You coordinate the monthly payroll activities with our third party provider by conducting pre- and post-payroll activities.
- You manage internal and external reporting including the monthly bookkeeping of payroll.
- You are providing support for HR Admin related activities such as system maintenance in the payroll provider tool and Organizational Management in SAP HR.
- Furthermore, you will ensure that our HR Services are in line with the Danish legal requirements and BASF guidelines.
- You contribute to our quality and knowledge management by documenting all processes and relevant legal regulations in accordance with our high-quality standards.
- You monitor the external market for latest technologies and tools and autonomously consult and bring ideas to our Payroll chapter.
- Together with your chapter colleagues you drive digitalization forward.
- You provide payroll reports and take charge of the communication and declarations towards social security institutions, follow up on legislation and participate in audits.
- You are the point of contact for employees, Local HR and third-party requests and inquiries related to Payroll.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Educated to a degree level in HR and work experience with Danish payroll processes
- Good knowledge and practical field-experience in Danish regulatory and HR processes as well as Danish labor legislation
- Experience with change management and digitalization projects
- Used to working with IT systems. Confident with MS Office and solid MS Excel skills. Experience with ServiceNow and SAP is an advantage
- Well organized and able to think analytically
- You have ability to communicate complex issues effectively to diverse stakeholders
- You are business fluent in Danish and English - Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian would be a plus
