Corporate Security & BCM Manager (d / m / f)
Location : München
Your Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and business continuity plans (BCPs) for all critical business functions and operations worldwide
- Conduct regular risk assessments, business impact analyses and security audits to identify potential threats & vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with regional teams to tailor BCPs to local requirements while ensuring alignment with global standards and objectives
- Lead the development and execution of business continuity exercises and simulations to test the effectiveness of BCPs and identify areas for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to regional teams during crisis situations and facilitate timely response and recovery efforts
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of BCM efforts and report on the status of global resilience to senior management
- Stay abreast of emerging threats and industry trends in BCM to continuously enhance our global BCM program and ensure readiness for future challenges
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate BCM requirements into new projects and initiatives on a global scale
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business continuity management, or a related field. Advanced certifications such as CBCP, MBCI, or CRISC are highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business continuity management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing BCPs in a multinational corporate environment
- Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, business impact analysis techniques, and crisis management principles
- Experience in leading business continuity exercises, tabletop simulations, and crisis response drills on a global scale
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders across different cultures and time zones
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex global situations and make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent English and very good German skills
