Work on real projects and tasks within our People & Organization department of the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt / Main, Germany

Starting from February 2025 - Minimum of 6 months (possible prolongation for up to 12 months).

The Requirements :

For your internship at Kia Europe you need to be enrolled during the whole internship period . Furthermore, you need a valid visa and an unrestricted permit to work in Germany.

We recommend completing a six-month internship with us, as this gives you sufficient time to learn about Kia Europe and familiarize yourself with your topic.

Joining the P&O team means personally contributing to elevating the European region and our 14 markets through P&O activities and strategies.

In your role, you'll directly engage with various stakeholders across Europe P&O business partners, employees, and management.

This internship offers a chance to immerse yourself in all strategic and operational P&O facets.

Your Talents :

Passion for Business / Economics, Psychology or Human Resources

Fluent in English

Strong affinity and adeptness with digital tools (. Powerpoint, Excel, Canva)

Excitement about collaborating in a diverse environment with individuals from varied cultural backgrounds

Enthusiasm for crafting content and narratives focused on people's experiences
