Job description as below : ( Could be home base)

In the role of Managing Director* for Germany, your task will be to resolutely continue this steady path of growth and international expansion while establishing the German structure organization as a subsidiary as well as the external market presence in Germany and Europe to build a large-scale European company and ensure adherence to international standards and internal processes.

To achieve this, you will be tasked with developing a forward strategy to develop market share in Germany and Europe, further develop an already competitive organization and transport the group’s vision to become a world-class provider of intelligent and connected vehicle software solutions.

You will be expected to establish cooperative relations with European car companies, conduct joint research and development relations, and establish a large-scale European company in order to nurture the organization through long-term cooperation, and form a virtuous circle of talent transfer and business in Asia and the world, while maintaining a close relationship to the customers.

In your role as managing director, you feel equipped to be the customer window’ for the German and European automotive market.

In addition to your basic management duties and responsibilities, the following key points should be emphasized :

Corporate development and customer centrality

As part of the long-term orientation, you are not only responsible for the national and international further market development and marketing of existing software, technology services, applications and solutions hroughout Europe.

As an initiator of new ideas, you also orchestrate and challenge the development of new technology and innovation together with your new strategic partners to optimize your portfolio.

In order to increase innovation and expand the range of services, you will act as a key driver in accelerating the layout of industrial ecology through investment and acquisition.

As Germany is the starting point of the group’s global business plan, you are in the pole position to carry out its’ ambitious strategic goals.

The group’s organizational structure will change according to your initiatives and achievements in Germany and Europe.

As a customer-centric salesperson, it’s easy for you to establish deep cooperative relationships with German car companies and TIER1 suppler.

To achieve this, you flank your customer acquisition activities with operation and sales targets, market and product strategies according to the company’s strategic planning and industry development trends.

Especially within the next 3 to 5 years, you will manage, in cooperation with the parent company, investments in new partnerships and projects and ensure, in addition to quality leadership, the future and competitiveness of the company as well as the transformation into a unified international group of companies.

Continuous sales offensive

You have the overall responsibility for sales including final profit and loss responsibility. Due to your clear positioning and target orientation, you know your targets for German automotive companies and TIER 1 supplier exactly.

You ensure a high level of awareness among the target customers, so that you are in the relevant set for every company when it comes to innovative software solutions and applications in the areas of smart cockpit, electric vehicle, AD / ADAS, intelligent driving maps and cloud services.

In addition to maintaining and expanding existing customer contacts, you see your critical mission in generating new leads and delivering real added value.

You like to be close to the customer and at the same time you are able to challenge not only internal structures but also the customer himself if necessary.

You actively participate in regional tenders and strengthen the brand at relevant trade shows and conferences. Overall, you are a strong sales person without getting lost in purely operational sales topics.

Independent and communicative leadership

In your role as Managing Director, you not only ensure compliance with the legal framework and the highest occupational safety standards, but also consistently align the company with the groups’ strategic and operational goals.

As an entrepreneur within the group of companies, you control sales and cost structures to ensure long-term profitable operations.

Due to your proximity to the day-to-day business, you build and lead your team at eye level and are able to think your way into technical topics in which you are not a specialist*.

In addition, your communicative and empathetic leadership style underlines your ability to communicate with all departments and enables short lines of communication.

You not only act confidently and authoritatively, but also direct your leadership qualities towards strengthening the cohesion of the entire team and promoting the personal responsibility of each individual.

You work closely with the top management of each business unit and the entire organization to establish process standards and communicate both the big picture and key performance indicators openly and transparently.

Establishment of organizational structure

After a good start with establishing cooperations with local automotive companies you refine the strategic direction for the new German subsidiary, including goals, market segments to be entered, and the competitive strategy.

Along the development you ensure that the organization has sufficient resources to achieve its objectives. Your main focus in this context will be on building a team and selecting the appropriate leaders, software engineers and developers.

Apart from developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to attract customers and promote the companys’ solutions, you are responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of your organization.

This includes analyzing financial metrics, tracking sales goals, and evaluating customer satisfaction. Your regular reporting is in line with the planning and reporting systems and internal guidelines.

You are adept at dealing with a variety of various stakeholders, including investors, business partners, suppliers and regulatory authorities.

You are a good company ambassador and ensure that the companys’ interests are adequately represented. At the same time it is natural for you to identify risks and taking appropriate measures to minimize them.

This includes developing risk management strategies and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Proven all-rounder

With your all-round skills in all areas that characterize a medium-sized software company, you are in a position to actively drive the growth process in the target industries and to provide your customers in the automotive industry with additional benefits.

Therefore, you see yourself as an entrepreneurial generalist and a manager with strong implementation skills, who is always one step ahead of the market by acting agilely, professionally, but not rashly.
