Your tasks :

  • Set up of new ESG unit in the international commercial business of HDI Global SE
  • Implementation of new ESG products
  • Hiring of new staff
  • Roll-out of products globally
  • Deliver to agreed business plan
  • Liaison with the Board on progress
  • Expand scope and scale of new unit

Your profile :

  • Experienced professional in the international commercial insurance business
  • Background in Environmental Liability Underwriting
  • Experience in developing new products
  • Leadership experience in a diverse workplace
  • Self-starter able to work against challenging deadlines
  • Flexible & creative
  • Willing to learn and get involved
