Business Development Coordinator (m/f/d) - Munich, Frankfurt or Hamburg
Deine Aufgaben
In this role, you will be part of an English-speaking team and support the development and implementation of business development initiatives.
- Creation of high-quality offer and presentation documents (e.g. Pitches and Capability Statements)
- Support in the preparation of submissions for legal directories, including the preparation and monitoring of interviews with researchers
- Organizational and administrative tasks within the business development team (e.g. Support with social media activities, press releases or internal meetings and reporting)
- Support in the design and implementation of strategic marketing and business development initiatives
- Commitment to the support and expansion of selected mandate relationships
- Support in the conception, coordination and follow-up of practical and working group meetings
- In cooperation with your teammates : Development and maintenance of website, brochures and other marketing documents
- In cooperation with your teammates : maintenance of the firm Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool
- Member of our events team : Support in the conception as well as the strategic preparation and follow-up of client and networking events
Dein Profil
- Ideally two years of professional experience, if possible in the field of marketing or business development in a law firm, management consultancy or one of the Big Four companies
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English, good expressiveness and good computer skills in particular the Microsoft package
- Enjoy working in an international orientated and dynamic environment
- An independent and at the same time team-oriented way of working
- First-class project management skills
- A high willingness to assist and perform
