We're excited to announce that Feedback4e (F4e) has Recently Closed Seed Investment Round. This investment will accelerate our growth and innovation, allowing us to enhance our B2B SaaS solution that increases both employee and company performance.

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor the market dynamics closely,
  • Ensure a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and stay up-to-date with new features,
  • Generate leads via various channels, social media and demo accounts,
  • Make cold calls and call emailing putting outside-the-box thinking to work and develop new business opportunities,
  • Establishing initial contact with potential clients and introduce the company,
  • Manage product presentations to clients when needed,
  • Manage relationships with the clients and maximize the revenue by increasing the sales activities,
  • Manage sales tracking tool and keep it up to date,
  • Monitor sales performance and report progress,
  • Understand client needs, and requirements and how our solutions can meet expectations,
  • Provide best use cases according to customer needs and ensure the service they need are met at maximum impact,
  • Ensure the best experience at each customer touch point by optimizing customer’s end to end experience,
  • Be the face of the product and take responsibility for timely / appropriate communication to the stakeholders, account managers and CSMs.
  • Proactively identify current and prospective customer needs.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology field is preferred.
  • 2 years of experience software sales; preferably B2B enterprise solutions for Human Resources,
  • Self-starter with motivation, high energy, passion and client centricity,
  • Detail orientated with strong follow-up skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills both in German & English.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Ability to plan & prioritize own work efficiently and work under pressure
  • Having worked with and / or possessing network within the HR function would be a plus
  • Understanding of corporate sales process
  • Close follow up communication with the prospect
  • Being able to close deals from start to contract execution
  • Being able to run product demos
  • Effectively understanding use case and conducting value based selling
