As a Carrier Manager, you will work closely with multiplestakeholders across Amazon, from Operational teams who are fulfilling customerorders to Retail teams and external partners in our middle mile.
You’ll helpus optimise our supply chains to make our customer experience even better andour business more energy and cost efficient.
This role is based at our corporate office in Munich, Germany. Key job responsibilities - Define supply chain and operating models for various businesses - Analyse and interpret data to improve efficiency across supply chains andmultiple operations - Partner with teams to advise on and manage operational challenges - Support the planning and organisation of complex projects A day in the life Being a Carrier Manager for Amazon involves lots of problem solving.
You’llwork with a number of teams to navigate challenges as and when situationsimpact our network. You’ll spend time resolving temporary issues and lookingat the bigger picture to drive Amazon towards achieving new objectives.
Thisrole is both proactive and reactive, and you’ll have the opportunity to helpforecast and plan for new projects. As a Carrier Manager, you’ll need to help with both on-the-ground tasks andmore tactical work.
No two days will be the same. You could spend one dayhelping to define our supply chain and operating models and the next assistingwith a site’s resource plan for a busy period.
Having so much variety in yourrole means you’ll be able to learn something new every day. You will work with our Linehaul Service Partners and define a linehaulstrategy with them, navigating through operational issues and guide them todeliver the best service for our customers.

g.,pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logicalIF formulas,data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) - Relevant experience defining and implementing process improvementinitiatives using data and metrics experience ### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Preferred qualifications are not required to apply for a position atAmazon.
