Our client is a fast-growing leading industrial automation solution provider specializing in high-performance servo drives motors PLC systems HMIs and integrated motion control solutions. With robust R&D investment and expanding global footprint it has established overseas branches in major markets winning trust via reliable technology and professional services.
This role is to strengthen the clients technical support capability in Europe. As the key technical link between global headquarters customers and partners it will resolve application issues enable distributors and ensure smooth product application for end users.
Responsibilities
- Provide application-level technical support for servo drives motors PLC systems HMIs and motion control solutions assisting customers in machine commissioning tuning troubleshooting and system optimization while aligning with their engineering teams requirements.
- Deliver in-depth technical onboarding and training for strategic OEM / ODM and joint development customers R&D teams participate in customized solution discussions and collaborate with the global R&D team to accurately convey customer needs and feedback.
- Enable distributor technical teams through training on product features programming commissioning and troubleshooting support their pre-sales queries and solution design and assist them in building local technical capabilities for end-user support.
- Provide on-site technical support for machine builders and end users when remote support is insufficient including commissioning fault diagnosis pilot project support and acceptance tests and submit detailed technical reports post-service.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams for bid support and customer demos coordinate with global headquarters engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues and provide structured feedback on product performance and local technical requirements.
