You can look forward to
- Being the module owner for SAP SuccessFactors Learning and consulting the organisation how to use it
- Cross-departmental collaboration with the SuccessFactors product team to ensure the seamless integration of the modules Leraning (primary focus), Goals & Performance, Succession and Development into HR processes
- Process optimisation and participation in the further development of the user experience
- Support and training for users and key users to ensure that employees and managers can use the system and its various modules effectively
- Supporting, revising and redesigning online training courses and learning journeys, e.g. for content, technical and visual upgrades
- Managing internal project teams to coordinate specialist content for reinsurance-specific learning journeys
- Regular reporting and analyses to evaluate the success of our offers and measures
- Collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders and our international locations
You come equipped with
- Professional experience in the field of Learning & Development with a focus on digital offerings and learning journeys
- Degree in (business) psychology, human resource management with a master's degree (or related degrees)
- Sound knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, especially the Learning module
- Excellent communication skills and the motivation to work in a dynamic and international environment
- Good conceptual design skills, experience in operational implementation of learning programmes and a solution-oriented and structured way of working
- You are not afraid of numbers, data and facts : For us as a reinsurer, this is our DNA
- Business fluent in English and at least a very good level of German
- You are a team player, deal well with challenges and have a sense of humour
