HEAD OF FINANCE (W/M/D)

Your challenge

• Strategic Financial Planning :
• Developing budgets and forecasts in close collaboration with the management team (including liquidity planning, sales channel evaluation, and cost forecasting)
• Developing and analysing key KPIs related to revenue, cash flow, and profitability to provide solid support for business decisions
• Supporting ad-hoc evaluations related to ongoing seasonal procurement, delivery, and sales activities
• Managing Day-to-Day Financial Operations :
• Ensuring the smooth execution of all financial planning and accounting processes
• Leading the finance and controlling team
• Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Optimizing existing financial processes, including the implementation of new tools and systems for automation
• Acting as a key advisor for external partners such as banks, tax consultants, etc.
• Investor Relations :
• Preparing monthly investor reports
• Supporting and preparing fundraising processes in collaboration with the management team
• Strategic advising to the management team on evaluating financing options and key financial metrics

Your core skills

• At least 5 years of experience in controlling and / or accounting, ideally in a startup environment experience in the e-commerce or fashion industry is a plus
• A degree or equivalent qualification in finance or business administration
• Willingness to take the next big step in your career and take responsibility for an entire finance department
• A hands-on mentality and the ability to drive projects to successful completion
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Good knowledge of accounting experience with accounting software such as DATEV is a plus
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Extensive data analysis skills
• Fluency in German and strong English skills, both written and spoken
• A constructive, solution-oriented approach to work
• Enjoyment of both independent work and teamwork
