Who You'll WorkWith

We have an excitingopportunity for a success driven sales professional to fulfil thenewly created role of Global Client Director within our growingSales organization in Germany. If you thrive in a fast moving,results-oriented, and rewarding environment, take a closer look atArista Networks.

Join a team which is driving thetransformation to Software Defined Cloud Networking via automatedsolutions to a named list of Enterpriseaccounts.

What You'llDo

  • The Client Directorwill be responsible for consultative selling and solutiondevelopment efforts that best address large enterprise customerneeds within a small list of targeted Fortune 500accounts.
  • You will identify, develop and closesales opportunities across the Arista product portfolio includingData Centre and Campus Networking platforms including our Cloudbased WI-FI and POE switches. In addition, the product portfolioincludes the Arista Routing Platform, Cloud Vision (networkautomation & telemetry), and our DMF Fabric Monitoring, NDR,Endpoint and AI-driven Network Identity Managementsolutions.
  • Establishing productive,professional relationships with key personnel in assignedagencies.
  • Creating and executing targetedaccount plans in concert with partner managers and salesengineering team.
  • Establish customer demandthrough pre-engagement planning, research, and solution alignmentto mission.
  • Manage and align year 1 to year 3business priorities across a named accountterritory.
  • Create a marketing plan aligned withnamed accounts andterritory.

Qualifications

Youare a driven sales leader with a proven track record of pursuingand closing large big bet deals within large enterpriseorganizations.

  • A minimum of 10+ yearsof Sales experience with a focus on developing large major Fortune500 customers in the German market.
  • Workingknowledge of selling networking equipment (Router, Switch, SDN,SD-WAN, Campus Networks, Network Virtualization, NFV), data center,and / or network automation solutions areprerequisites.
  • Bachelor Degree (BA / BS, CS, BBA)or equivalent. MBA desirable.
  • Fluent German andEnglish is essential.
  • Currently resident inGermany - we do not offer relocation. This is a home working / field based role.
  • Demonstrated leadershipskills to lead both internal cross functional teams withinEngineering, Legal, Marketing and externalpartners.
  • Proven navigation of End Userrequirements definition through the contracting and resaleprocesses is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated peopleskills and ability to cultivate and maintain relationships at alllevels.
  • Proven track record of buildingbusiness plans, documenting the processes, and exceeding salestargets.
  • Travel to our customers and regionalpartners within the territory.
