Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing and responding to emails, scheduling appointments, organizing digital files, conducting research, and maintaining client databases. Additional tasks include handling administrative duties, preparing reports, coordinating with team members, and assisting in various ad-hoc tasks as required.

• Ability to organize digital files and maintain client databases
• Strong research and report preparation skills
• Proficiency in handling administrative duties and coordinating with team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role is a plus
• High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
