We are looking for
We are a forward-thinking SaaS company serving the chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, with a strong focus on DevOps excellence, CI/CD automation, and delivering high‑quality cloud-native solutions. Our teams work collaboratively to build reliable, scalable software that helps our customers operate safely, efficiently, and intelligently.

As we continue advancing our DevOps-driven organization, we are looking for a motivated Squad Lead for our DevOps & Automation Team, responsible for driving automation, overseeing build and deployment pipelines, and enabling engineering squads with best‑in‑class tooling.
Your tasks
  • Lead a small, highly skilled DevOps/Automation team.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for the design, implementation, and optimization of build, deployment, and automation pipelines
  • Ensure reliability and performance of GitHub Enterprise workflows and pipelines.
  • Drive the adoption, scalability, and optimization of GitHub Actions.
  • Shape and maintain our automated test infrastructure in collaboration with development squads.
  • Work with Azure Cloud environments and ensure smooth operation of our Kubernetes-based deployments.
  • Act as an internal service partner and consultant to development squads, enabling them through tooling, best practices, and CI/CD mindset.
  • Foster a strong engineering culture around automation, quality, and operational excellence.
Your profile
Hard Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions (pipeline design, optimization, automation).
  • Strong background in Azure Cloud services and Kubernetes environments.
  • Good understanding of modern CI/CD concepts, automation strategies, and cloud-native operations.
  • Experience creating and managing build pipelines and automated testing workflows.
  • Familiarity with containerization, IaC, and operational tooling is a plus.

Soft Skills
We value mindset as much as skillset
  • Service‑oriented: You enjoy enabling others and building solutions that empower teams.
  • A natural communicator, capable of aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proactive, structured, and strong in driving topics to completion.
  • Passionate about automation, DevOps culture, and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable taking ownership as a team lead while still remaining hands‑on where needed.
Our offer
  • Great team spirit – Work with colleagues who make collaboration fun and always have each other’s backs.
  • A modern DevOps-focused engineering culture with autonomy and space to innovate
  • The opportunity to shape CI/CD foundations for a scaling SaaS product
  • Personal development – We support your strengths and give you the space to grow both professionally and personally.
  • Responsibility & creative freedom – With us, you’re encouraged to think ahead, contribute ideas, and help shape how we work.
  • Feel-good workplace – Enjoy a modern, ergonomic office in the heart of Bad Säckingen, complete with a rooftop terrace, free parking, and plenty of cozy spots to work or relax.
  • Team culture that connects – Game nights, hikes, BBQs, Christmas parties & more – we love spending time together beyond work (get a sneak peek on Instagram & Facebook!).
  • Flexible working – Thanks to our home-office policy, you stay connected and productive even when working remotely.
  • Snacks & soul food – Fresh coffee, fruit, and snacks are always available – plus, you can enjoy free, delicious lunch options from local spots in town.
