Responsibilities


Within product development, the Quality Assurance (QA) department ensures the quality, reliability, and user-friendliness of our software solutions.

As a working student, you will support QA engineers in the following areas:

  • Analyzing requirements and test specifications to derive test cases.
  • Defining, creating, and executing manual and automated software tests.
  • Evaluating test results, documenting findings, and providing feedback to development teams.
  • Elaborating error analyses and contributing to continuous improvement processes.
  • Supporting the execution of software release processes.
  • Working with EV and EVSE test systems.
  • Engaging with charging technologies and relevant standards.
  • Assisting in test automation, including scripting, dashboard creation, and reporting of test results.

Qualifications


Educational Background:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
  • Knowledge of software testing principles and QA methodologies.
  • Experience with test management and reporting tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and release processes.
  • Interest in automotive technologies, particularly charging infrastructure (EV/EVSE).

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and critical thinking.

Communication Skills:

  • Clear verbal and written communication to collaborate effectively with QA and development teams.

Experience:

  • Prior coursework, internships, or hands-on experience in software testing, automation, or QA activities is advantageous.
