German speaking Project Specialist (Support) (f/d/m)

We are looking for a Project Specialist (f / d / m) to be part of the Production Team.
This is a full-time position based in our location Berlin, Germany.
Tasks
- Organize Shooting Assignments with different Stakeholders
- Handle your own Clients and provide an outstanding Client experience
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Challenge processes and create new ones (this is the only way to grow Backbone)
- Keep our Knowledge base up to date and write down new processes
- Help us scale our Production
- Be able to adapt to new processes and structural changes
- Be a team player. We only succeed if we are a team.
Requirements
- You speak & write fluent German & English
- Ideally, you already had experience in a Client facing role (Service) or leading projects
- Team player who loves to tackle new challenges, Good organizational skills, Curious & Proactive
- Bonus : Dutch or French
