Job DescriptionAs HR Consultant you are part of our internal Human Resources department. You will be the main HR contact person for managers and employees of either our EMEA sales department or our locations within the APAC region for following topics : Advise and support managers on all operational HR topicsSupport employees in all personnel-related issuesOperational HR work in day-to-day business (e.
g. contract and certification management)Prepare ad-hoc reports and evaluation of personnel key figuresCooperate with fellow HR departments (recruiting, personnel development, payroll)Improve and development HR processesSupport regional and global HR projects in a dynamic environment, as our business units are constantly growing and changingQualifications+ 5 years of professional experience in a relevant HR positionInternational experience, ideally cooperating with APAC and / or EMEA regionsGood knowledge of German labor and social security law as well as regional insights.
