We are looking for an HR Business Partner (m / f / d) to join our team in Munich with immediate effect.
Day to Day :
- You will be responsible for the employee experience, from smooth onboarding to offboarding of employees.
- You will be the first point of contact for employee questions, concerns or difficulties
- You will develop new ideas to further develop our talent within the company and support our talent development team in the further development of our employees
- You will be responsible for planning team events, afterworks and our Christmas party in collaboration with the marketing department
- You will fulfil all tasks in close cooperation with Business Management.
- You will be responsible for new HR projects. Here, too, you can contribute ideas to drive the company forward.

Requirements

What you bring with you :
- A degree in human resources / human resources management, business administration or a similar degree programme or comparable training with relevant professional experience
- Fluency in German and English
- Exceptional communication skills and enjoy working in an international team
- Very good organisational skills, ability to work independently
