Your daily work :

• Lead the design organization according to the needs of our client and own the UX / UI across the digital ecosystem.
• Bring a strong vision to our clients brand and digital experiences across platforms.
• Maintain and evolve current web and app experiences, paying meticulous attention to detail to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Act as a hands-on design leader who can bring concepts to life, gain consensus with partners, and present to the client.
• Ensure design excellence through high-quality craftsmanship, visionary thinking, and great taste.
• Provide strategic guidance and leadership to clients, ensuring their vision is effectively translated into compelling design solutions.

Who you are :

• Experience in leading and motivating design teams, as well as structuring and managing a design organization.
• Deep understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design principles, along with experience with the latest design and prototyping tools.
• Ability to develop a clear design vision, anticipate future design trends and technologies, and strong analytical skills to evaluate existing design processes.
• Capability to communicate design concepts, present design ideas and strategies clearly and persuasively to clients and stakeholders and facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions.
• High standards for the quality and precision of design work, and careful oversight of design implementation to ensure adherence to the highest standards.
• Tools Figma, Keynote, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite
