Tasks and Qualifications :

Your responsibilities :

You play a key role in shaping the leasing accounting and reporting processes, working closely with colleagues from the Lease Accounting & Reporting team, while developing, maintaining, and optimizing an end-to-end process model and overseeing its implementation

As a process expert, you support global projects and initiatives by evaluating the impact of process changes and advocating for standardized, strategic processes that align with the company’s overall strategy

You lead a team of specialists, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and with clear direction

In close collaboration with stakeholders, you develop and discuss solutions and ideas, particularly focusing on their implementation in SAP S / 4 HANA, applying and further developing your solid SAP knowledge

Together with the Process Managers, you coordinate all aspects of solution development and operations, ensuring that all processes comply with applicable ICS and governance requirements

As the central point of contact for all topics related to the integration of lease accounting, you maintain close communication with internal stakeholders and our Business Transformation Initiative

Your profile :

You have a degree in business administration, business informatics, or a related field and have at least 5 years of experience in finance and / or project management

You have in-depth knowledge of IFRS and lease accounting for lessors

SAP is your strong suit : you are proficient in the SAP FI / CO modules and understand how they interact with other SAP modules

Communication is one of your strengths you are fluent in written and spoken English, and German skills are a plus

Analytical and organizational thinking is among your strengths, and you remain calm and focused even in stressful situations

You enjoy working with people and possess intercultural sensitivity

You love questioning the status quo and bring fresh ideas to the table
